    This event underscored the critical importance of the Amazon rainforest not only as a vital ecological treasure but also as a cornerstone for sustainable development. The discussions covered the opportunities and challenges within the Amazon bioeconomy, examining how investment flows, community empowerment, and market access can drive ecological and economic resilience. Speakers from various sectors, including representatives from the Brazilian government, academia, S&T institutions, NGOs, Amazonian entrepreneurs, traditional communities, and German industry were brought together.

    Obrigada professor Danilo por compartilhar!!! Que evento incrível! A Amazônia é muito mais que uma floresta, é o coração da sustentabilidade. Falar sobre a bioeconomia da sociobiodiversidade e como isso pode trazer desenvolvimento para a região é super relevante. Legal ver tantos setores juntos nessa discussão - é assim que vamos conseguir preservar a floresta e ao mesmo tempo fortalecer as comunidades locais. A importância desse tema não pode ser subestimada!
