    Wonderful fry dhall with the mango 🥭 sour. We get this fry dhal to buy in little Guyana but fresh is better. We have a wood mortar and pestle and it work good for us. 🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾

    Can it be fried right away or must it soak for several hours and what is the frying time per batch

      Have to be soaked love or else it will be extremely hard to chew , about 5-6 minutes

      Hi yes u can , I would add a little oil or cooking spray to keep the dhal moist

    We called it Split peas channa. This recipe is new to me, but I will try. We just added salt.
