  • In this video you will see the Luxe Bidet installed on a standard elongated toilet and how it operates. I found the pressure to be too high and the seat to have a gap.
Therefore, I installed a T adaptor to reduce the flow and a new seat to eliminate the gap. Both of these added cost.
These are good things to know before installing so you can order all the parts at once. Once installed, everything works great.
Filming in tight conditions - so there are a lot of weird video cuts / edits.

How easy does the seat come off? I know it's supposed to come off easy, but with this seat and a different manufacturer's bidet, the slightest upward pressure knocks the seat off. It's like Luxe's NEO PLUS series, where it's not a circular hole in the bidet but a rectangular one. I'm not sure enough of the post is coming up for the seat. Does yours give a little bit of resistance that you have to pull on?

No issues with the seat coming off unintentionally. However with the lid up and moderate pressure pulling upwards, you can remove the lid.

So is the bottom side of the lux toilet seat flat to result in no gaps?

It has taller "feet" so it sits level relative to the toilet. But there is a gap between the toilet at the seat.

One of those dials is for water pressure. Is that not adjustable enough to prevent it from having enough pressure to blast the wall? Looks like it isn't all the way toward low.

the dial with the small round circles is the water pressure dial. The one behind it is for different modes. The water pressure dial is in the off position at the start of the video. Even with slight turning, it was too much. Hence the need for a wall regulator.
