I’d also recommend installing a worker pump kit! It makes the high spring load much more comfortable and increases your potential rof
just use a solenoid valve and high pressure helium no spring stiff
I’d personally recommend taking it one step further with a good pump action retaliator kit and a tighter breach. Retaliators can be an absolute beast when done right.

I have a Kronos and that’s all I normally fight wit cause my little bro has a Helios but I wanna get a Saturn
Who doesn’t! I have no idea why nerf didn’t reveal this early because regardless of how it works the look is all that matters and we have modders that can guide us on how to upgrade the internals. I wouldn’t be mad if Nerf next year revealed another Saturn but it was a lot stronger meaning like if it’s 90-100 to 120 to 130fps.

Just a tip, maybe look into pump action kits for the retaliator. I would recommend the ones by Worker and Gavin Fuzzy.

Still the most fun nerf guns I used were this off brand bolt action sniper which you loaded one at a time but with how we used to do our family nerf fights I had enough time to pump pressure into the gun and make the dart fly perfectly. The only gun that beat the fun value of that rifle was this 2 shot zombie strike pistol that I got painted to look much more cool and I learned to slide on wood and tile to quick shoot a person while not being hit and it became titanfall 2 with the smart pistol except I would often miss lol
I’ve actually been thinking of making a custom space art paint job on my rival kronos. I’ve already been practicing on flat surfaces, but I can imagine that it’s really tough painting it on a super uneven surface.

I am a complete sucker for the Phantom Corps/Stormtrooper colors, white primary with black secondary just looks so snazzy and sci-fi, though it being pure white means that it gets dirtier more easily and noticably

my loadout:
Jetblaster ceda: brass breach, 16kg/12kg/9kg spring, metal plunger tube (215, 200, 190 fps)
worker hurricane: 3d printed some pretty cool upgrades myself, and have 10 mags
Perhaps you could have also used a pump-grip mod as well? It would make it easier for you to prime than the top prime (I can see your hand shaking). And perhaps a different stock to help you have a point of push for said pump-grip.
hey bro, I paint using the sawdust method. sprinkle some sawdust (or another powder) on what you want to paint, then paint over it with a can with low pressure, let it dry, rub the sawdust off, and then you have little specks where the sawdust used to be. I hope this helps you :)
I’m going to give you some advice for spraypainting
1. let your coats dry when mixing colors
2. Vinyl dye is your friend
My retaliator was the first nice nerf gun I ever owned, I still have it but it’s currently in two, I’m going to change around its case and add a new spring and turn it into a sweet looking retaliator.

Got that one from my older brother when I was little and it still holds up after hundreds of dry fires, ducking majestic
a friend of mine stuck a piece of plastic on the attachment rail on the reloader and a shoulder strap to the other end of it so he wouldn't have to remove his hand from the grip when reloading, he would just kinda move the gun back and forth and it would reload.
My Longstrike CS-6 was my first blaster, but the Retaliator was my second.

Orange Mod Works made an updated version of this "Hybrid" kit called the "Fusion System" kit. It's only compatible with short darts but features a metal barrel and comes with plunger braces fo prevent damage from long-term usage. The best thing is that it's actually cheaper than the original kit.

I would paint the end of the barrel too, because I associate the red tip of the barrel with cheap, fast-breaking pistols for 6mm pellets from the 2000s
I want to do this, but replace the white on yours with black, and the black on yours with orange. I think that is one of the best color schemes.

The retaliatory was my first nerf gun I got back In like 2011 or 12 I still have it haven’t broken anything with it
Gen 3 workers are great for half darts. Those are like the standard for high performance half darts
I was bored one day so I just taped a flashlight to the underbarrel of my retaliator and made jungle style magazines. It actually looked really cool but the weight was pretty unbalanced because I used a steel flashlight. Still was really fun.
