You are practically guaranteed to loss streak hella though. You can't level and you can't realistically buy units during the point of the game most people are spiking.
See thats also whats wrong with what he is saying in video. Yes if you are rolling 1costs and hyperroll down to 10/20 gold and HIT on 3-1 then yes it can be worth to take it but otherwise its shit. You are loosing interest of "5" gold for 6 player combats + dont forget also 1 PVE combat. It would be around 30-35 golds which is half of this reward but most improtantly you are loosing tempo which sucks so much + health bcs loosestreak stage 3 for only 40 golds esentially. Not worth the hype if you do the math. And if it could come on 4-2 its much worse you need combat augment then bcs you will loose so much.
If you had 50g you lose 5x7=35g of interest so you gain 55g. Plus it looks like a tempo issue, losing stage 4 is A LOT of HP, you can only take it from winstreak early, to go fast 9. Or somehow if you roll down on 4-1 and have 0g anyway, but you're still down a combat augment during the most important battle time. Think how shit balanced budget+ was.
Oh and if it's 3-2, I think it can work, I often go 6streak into losstreak stage 3, this complements it really well. As for 1 cost reroll, honestly it looks shit. 1-cost reroll is all about tempo, and you sacrifice 4-1, 4-2 and 4-3. Also you don't slowroll from 3-5, where you can hit sometimes. For what? Will you win against the fast 9-er anyway? He will literally have more gold anyway playing standard, in better units too. To make it simpler - who tf takes eco augment on 3-2 playing 1-cost reroll?
I feel like Forward Thinking is overhyped. If you have 50 gold, every round you are making a minimum of 10 gold, with a max of 13 gold at a 6+ loss streak. So after 6 combats, if you aren't streaking, you only get 20 extra gold, and if you kept a 6+ streak you are literally getting 2 extra gold

That means the only gold you would lose from taking the augment would be interest. If you are at 50 then you would lose 5 per turn (also assuming you wouldn’t go under 50 at any point) so over 6 player combats and one pve you would lose 35 gold. That would mean the minimum profit from the augment is 45g.

The only big problem that really happens here is you are probably guaranteed to loss streak unless you dumped a lot your gold prior to the augment and is probably only worth considering if you KNOW a gold augment is coming up since you get hard punished if it is prismatic instead and you got offered Investment or whatever similar augment instead.
What you're overlooking is that many people will go close to 0 gold on 4-1. So if you get this augument on 4-2 it's free lvl 9 full capped board on 5-2. If you get it on 3-2 tho it doesn't seem that good compared to other options you'll probably have tho.
the thing with forward thinking is its player combat and I assume its 4-2 only . your cash out is at 5-3? usually with an aug like this you want to already have a pretty stable board or you cant pick it. i think its only reasonable to take when you fast 8 4-1 and spent your gold anyway. if you didn't roll prob are way too weak to take it.
The other thing with Greater Moonlight is it might just make a random giga tank "for free". Sure, you technically "lose out" on the AD and AP, but let's just pretend we are playing Shapeshifters+X (let's say Syndra just for the sake of argument). You get to just winstreak for free basically with a 4 star Elise or Jayce (preferably Elise, but you are probably just going to pray for the 50/50 most of the game) and then when you hit Briar you drop Jayce and just have an unkillable 6 Shapeshifter 4 star Elise you didn't have to roll for at all.
