2.) Optimum level of Stress shoud be there in life for healthy life

With all my respect, the book by Victor Frankl is titled Man’s Search for Meaning (not in search for happiness). It’s a wonderful book, indeed. A must read.

Is there anyway of meeting Doctor Hegde . I have never seen or heard anybody talk so much sense like Doctor Hegde. I stay in Mumbai & want to meet him , not for any treatment or consultation. I just want to meet him , because i want to meet him even if its for a brief period.
I think he's not well now. He has come to be college in late 2019. He lives in Mangalore, that's all I know.

Excellent lecture and a wise man. I wish he would not bring in God or Creator into his talks. God means different things to different people and is understood in different ways by different people. God is like a Physics constant used as a wild card or a trump card by most. Others want to barter with God to make deals of wealth or health...... His talk and the respect he deserves will be better appreciated if he does not bring God into his talks. And for the record...if there is a God who created you...that god is a killer who will kill each and every single one of you one day......Ron Jag
