I wish this game regularly had health bars. But I did search up each boss’s hit points on the Cuphead wiki. Here’s the casino bosses on regular mode.
Tipsy Troop: 645 altogether and 215 each

It's all timing. King Dice always spawns the dice facing 1. Just parry it with Dice's clap and you will always get 1.
