    Stone hone is all we had 40 year’s ago and seemed to work well. We never went for perfection and it worked well. The engines lasted as long as expected. Your doing great job. Can’t wait to see it run

      Yeah, the only reason I say don't use it is there's better equally cheap ways to do it now. I use a little of both depending on how bad the cylinders are.

    I've got the same spring compressor. NOT real crazy about it but, it's what I have to work with. I understand the part about not losing your finger tips.
