- What if you could give your a retirement a trial run? Test it out and see how it feels? Or test your retirement numbers to see if they are realistic? Well, I've got some ideas of how you try out retirement and see if you are ready.
You don't just wake up retired. You work towards it. So why not try a practice retirement?
At age 45 early retired; no choices due to unforeseen circumstances; was going to keep working until my 60s; but, I also realized work is optional; military pension, properties generating passive income; retirement is not easy; but definitely appreciate every moment, spending time with family. All is well!
Multiple streams of income is the key to success in this day and age. Having a pensions is a big plus, and you earned it. You don't go broke overnight, so you can always make adjustments.
