  • Here is the very first and easiest step in exchanging the starter clutch. Draining the oil, tipping the engine, taking off the oil pan. Just a few hints & tips on the way. Hope you enjoy and I already look forward to the next step!

    Good so far. I've take my secondary shaft nut off using a 27mm socket on an impact screwdriver. Couple of taps and it came off. I've taken my clutch off but now have a 30mm nut holding it all on so today I received one I bought off eBay. Hoping the impact driver will get it off without having to take it to a garage to use an air impact driver. Fingers crossed for both of us 😀👍

    Ik heb een schakelprobleem met mijn KZ550. de motor wil niet meer in zijn 3 of hoger.
    Enige ervaring hiermee?
