Great video again, thank you! This area seems to be very beautiful and interesting. Lincoln looks like a beautiful city with the huge cathedral and so many historical buildings. And that village Netteford (?) is such a beauty! If my health status will ever again allow me to travel I will have that in mind. Take care!
@@busouting Oh, Nettleham ... yes ... I've been too lazy to scroll back at night 😀 well, I'm afraid my health issues are permanent ... but for me as a former amateur photographer this would be a great place to visit.
In the early 60s my maternal gran lived in Market Rasen so some special memories in this film. My mum and dad met in the Gordon Arms which I see has changed its name
@@geoffcoglan7056Yes there will be, in two separate videos as I took different buses. I'll be uploading them next week. Please subscribe so you can be notified when I upload. Thank you for supporting the channel, much appreciated 👍
Ias born in Grimsby in 193and my dad worked on thefarm near Little London crossing and I had to walk to school if I missed the bus .but I had to walk back home if the horse and ca😅rt had gone back to the farm.then my parents moved to Grimsby.but I worked at immingham loco. on the railway loco.and worked For Mick on the coaches ,😊part time when lived in Immingham.now I live in Scotland, but I enjoyed watching service 5,John g ardham
An extremely hazardous corner at 35:00, first of all you come down a steep wee slope before trying to get turned left round a very tight corner where you can't really see what's coming towards you because of the building😬 Don't ever tell me that bus driving isn't really a skilled job, these men and women are professionals and earn every bit of their wages.👏🤝👍
52:00 George St. Market Rasen is even better. Yes! We are expected to turn INTO this street when doing the return journey, and you'll see buses on the complete wrong side of the road in order to do it. Thanks for the comments! Trust me, it's easy when you know how. Any chance to show off! :D
Its easy to forget that Grimsby is in fact part of Lincolnshire. What with it being right up there on the North coast of the county and being a large fishing port for the River Humber in my mind i often include in with East Riding of Yorkshire and Kingston upon Hull.😳🥴

I think the drivers do a brilliant job negotiating the narrow roads and corners. Thank you for watching and commenting

It is closer to East Riding of Yorkshire than most towns in Lincolnshire. Thank you for your comment
The new bus station in Lincoln isn't well-shown on the Internet yet, and I now know to be careful planning a transfer between bus and rail in Lincoln.
Lincoln Bus Station is opposite the train station and can be seen from the train entrance. Thank you for watching and commenting
