I've never heard the Angel City Chorale before and was extremely impressed - voice quality (on every level), enunciation and direction (as well as the accompanying orchestra). And it was new to me - I loved-loved-loved the Joy to the World intro to Hallelujah Chorus (of course, after training since 7th grade in 1963, I immediately got to my feet as the intro started), to which I automatically sung along the 1st alto part
