It’s a wealth transfer tax, rebates are based on family net income. The lower the income the more you get back. The higher the income the less you get back. For governments they are claiming it’s a zero sum. So the lower income people can now afford to drive cars and actually use emissions they pay for and not have to rely on public transport anymore. ,

I remember being in grade school, and instructed to read the stories in our readers, three times over--each. (These were six or eight pages double-spaced, so there really wasn't that much). The reason for that was, the first time reading, you're skimming over it and missing most of it. The second time, you're picking up what you missed the first time. With the videos, I'm thinking: "How could I have missed that?" But, when I go over the comments and find the ones who said "they missed that," ten hours have passed, and I realize they're doing what I did: reading just before going to sleep, and at that point, your Brain is trying to shut down, and in the process, "nothing" is registering! And you're right: it is a double standard: "Do as I say--not as I do." I like the other one: "I will not comply!"

the price my shop pays for a brake rotor goes up 5$ a month........for over a year........a normal bill a year ago for front brake pads and rotors on a dodge journey was $350 including parts labour and tax........now it's $450 with the rise in parts cost and a small labour rate increase
