SKARA BRAE 2.0 Discovered? | The archaeology of Orkney keeps on giving.

Just a few days ago news came that erosion along the shore of the Bay of Skaill on Orkney had revealed what may be indications of the existence of a prehistoric settlement to rival that of the famous Skara Brae Neolithic village - just within eyesight across the bay.
Although this is of course very exciting news, it is far from unexpected. This discovery highlights the extraordinary set of circumstances that exist on the archipelago and help to make the archaeology of Orkney the gift that just keeps on giving!
