This is pretty much the first interview that I've seen where the interviewer is respectful and asks reasonable questions without cutting them/Ezra off.
it JUST dawned on me. he refs "Lion Sleeps Tonight" original song and then subconsciously (🤔😉) brings up the "circle of life" seconds later as the wise answer to address criticism coming along with adoration...I wouldn't put it past him that he was winking at the interviewer in his head
We have some great american bands, but Franz Ferdinand is such a awesome band, his tours usually send me a mental message saying "Screw america its all about UK"
I cringed so badly at the multiple variations of Rostam's name that Fanning conjured up. Also, you could barely see Baio at all, and whenever someone spoke, it was interrupted and rushed along to another question. Ezra said on his blog that he "has a soft spot for Ireland and its peoplez", though I'm sure this interview has altered that opinion.
