Hello Marisol! Thank you for your wonderful compliment and question! I started the first bundle by wrapping the pipe cleaner around both lower and upper wire parts of the frame since it's a corner and fairly small area. As you continue the bundles and the wire frame fans out, you can attach the bundles accordingly ( upper and lower parts of the frame) to give it a fuller look. In the video, watch right at 8:55 time frame. This is the beginning of the bundle. Hope this answered your question!
