Got my first fight stick yesterday and could not win a single fight all night. Spent more time today practising and getting used to it now.

Its difficult to me confirm st.HP into eagle spike.
Any advise to improve the reaction time?
I try in the lab, setting the dummy to random block, but I fail a lot.
Usually I cancel into eagle spike in block, and dat its bad with this character because the eagle spike is super negative. hehe.

are you buffering the motion? the only part of the move (of any special move) you need to confirm is the final button press
Try to be aware if youre also expecting to hit or not to make the confirm easier. Like if you are pressing the button prior just have spike buffered if youre sure itll hit.

8:05 that whole sequence was sick. technically there was a reset in there but maybe he just did his move after the float a bit late? idk if the whole thing is possible to be done as a true combo

I really hate fighting this character and looks like i'm wrong when i said he's not as strong as his SF V version. Forgot that they gave him an air throw, a double fvckin jump, and more shenanigans :/
I feel like he's still pretty balanced though but I mainly play jury and she's pretty strong. I feel like her dive kick just shuts down his charged fireball. I may be wrong though, the highest Rashid I've played against was gold so it might not be the most informed opinion lol.
@@Crouton- Wait until you played Platinum 5 or Diamond Rashid. I mean, sure Rashid is still beatable but his rushdown and pressure are just nuts. He can quickly push you into the corner and play 50:50 with Spinning Mixer or Super 2 even if you Parry both moves. If you blocked Spinning Mixer, it will eat your Drive gauge really fast and suddenly you're in burnout. And his air game, gosh, not just he have great anti air and air throw but right now he's the only character in the game who can do double jump. Try to anti air him is a pain in the ass :(
