If you send a one time picture (make sure no one opens it) and tap on that "1" icon many times and "🤫" icon pops up!!! Believe me!! Omggg I am literally the first one to find it!!

No. You can screenshot, but the actual photo you take will actually be edited and say on it something along the lines of “for added privacy you cannot screenshot one time messages”. The only thing you can do it take a photo of your screen with another device while you’re viewing it.
