Hi, Here is a compilation of my four favorite and most popular potato egg recipes! I make these often for my kids! With just a few minutes to prepare, these potato egg recipes amazed my kids by how easy and delicious breakfast can be! I hope everyone makes and loves these recipes!
00:00 Recipe 1# Only 3 ingredients! This is the most delicious potato recipe I've ever had!
Pour olive into the pan
Medium heat
Add the potatoes to the pan
Fry for 5 minutes
Chop 80g onion
Fry for another 5 minutes
Place in a bowl
Crack three eggs into a bowl
Salt
Mix well
Pour into the potatoes
Rest for 15 minutes
Medium heat
Pour into the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Done!

Shred 1 potato
Brush oil on the muffin pan
Add the potato to the muffin pan
Add salt and black pepper
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F/175°C
Crack an egg in each of the potatoes
More salt and black pepper
Parsley
Crushed red pepper
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Bake for another 10-15 minutes 350°F/175°C
Done!

1st recipe looks great but far to much oil I did this in air fryer was lovely
Lovely recipe, but I am concerned about the amount of olive oil, as it is very expensive. Many keep oil to be reused, but oil reheated is not good for us. Perhaps using a lot less oil would be worth trying.
From south africa I made the first recipe it was delicious friends of mine took the recipe and made it I used a little oil and it work keep showing your recipe

This is an easy dish made to look harder to execute it is the base of a traditional Spanish omelette there is way too much oil for a start the potato doesn't need to be fried you can just cook the potato in a microwave for a few minutes add some other root vegetables and also some seasoning if you beat /whisk the eggs longer the whole omelette would be fuller and higher. To be honest this is awful after all the unesseary stages she's ended up with a greasy flat dish
Maybe she likes it greasy? Some people love oil and fat.
