Ipswich and Logan form most of the middle and outer western and southern suburbs of Brisbane, respectively. Generally (historically) lower socio-economic demographic with higher crime rates, common with any major city. As described, suburbs in Logan became popular in recent years due to interstate migration and its proximity to both the City and the GC.

Merriwa and clarkson just a couple years ago were so cheap, cant believe they are selling for what they are now.
