i have checked video again and i have noticed that, cpu temp is below 50 C & usage is above 70%.
What this definitely mean is cpu is only using efficiency core,
so either the problem is with intel thread director or windows 11 (assigning heavy program to a e-core) and is definitely a software problem.
this is my just my theory though.
another proof can be that, I have seen a person on reddit, who after disabled e-cores on i5-12600k, his performance increased, this means now windows or intel is not using e cores for heavy program.
some BIOS have option to disable e-cores, that may be a temporary solution.
I have another proof for this theory.
have posted a link in the comment in my channels video.
