The butler!! It not only integrates with the phone system, but the elevator! And all wirelessly. And the elevator actually waits for it if it takes too long. 😂 The floor cleaner too, I'd heard of those but hadn't seen any videos yet.
We have a sushi restaurant here where a similar robot delivers the drinks. What's interesting to me about this one is the employee's hesitancy. Maybe there's a troubled history here where the system failed enough that they kinda gave up on the gimmick.
The lawnmower.... always wanted one of those. Linus tech tips did a review of a slightly fancier one that'll actually map out the yard and follow a path.
And the waymo segment... ah. The Pacificas have barely been gone for a few months but the nostalgia is real. Love that you caught a shot of it automatically rolling up the window, I've never seen that. And that post office you ended at, old northwest corner of the service area... might I guess you took an uber from there to the airport? 👀 Thanks for pointing me here!
Yes, I was super impressed with the butler. I stay in a lot of hotels and I've only seen this in the Buffalo Westin. I haven't been back, but I really want to go and see it again! Yes, the lawnmower is so nice and quiet, but I would prefer the new ones that will actually map out your yard and mow on a set path. Yes, I got an uber back to my hotel near the airport from the post office. I still remember your video a while back where the Waymo missed the driveway into the post office parking lot and added another 10 minutes by going down the dead end road to turn around, then heading past the post office, through the light and into a neighborhood to turn around (again)!

China uses those butler robots to deliver food to people in quarantine.
This Car Robot is spooky to me. In Germany they are still not oporate, cause of transport laws and laws what happen is is there a crash and who is responsible. Germany is so behind country in some cases...
