Sacré-Cœur Basilica is also famously known as the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris. It is located at the top of Montmarte hill, the highest point of Paris, in the Clingancourt district of the 18th arrondissement.
The place is always full of local visitors sitting and just talking to each other while enjoying the amazing view of the city and sometimes listening to random street musicians.
