Pretty style! Thanks so much! I have short 4c hair and I love slick downs but was trying to avoid relaxing my hair. I can do this! Great! God bless! 😁👍
I've never seen another person, especially not a 4c natural like myself have those same trouble spots at their temples as I do. I'm touched lol thought I was alone.
Ok sissss!!! ❤I know this is 2 yrs old, but after the 1st wrap dab a few drops of water on the ends & it'll stay. 2nd wrap put on top & tie under chin... trust me. 3rd wrap tie around forehead again & cut the ends that you tied under chin. If you have a wave cap or stocking cap put that on then wrap with regular scarf. I did this when I was relaxed. Holy grail routine if anyone wants to try❤
Thank you for this vid! I just big chopped again! It’s been about 6 years, since being natural. Baby, I still remember things but I love how the styles have evolved. This will be my go to style, until my hair grows out!
Thank you for this❣️ I just went through the big chop myself and have been looking for styles for my hair. I have a maternity shoot Thursday and you won’t believe how boujie these stylists are about installing a wig😩 my hair is less than 1.5 inches and they refuse to do it
Mm.. I think they have very similar results. The ties can just make it look a little bit cleaner if dried properly (in my opinion) and they come off very easy when they’re dry.
I’m so glad you made this because now I can go and attempt to lay my 4c hair down. This is cute to wear out and for a flat wig applications. Currently my TWA is too short to braid down,
i just want to say thank you for this video w accurate representation of 4c hair. you look amazing boo!
Awee ☺️ thank you so much babe! I really appreciate that 🤍
Yesss for real I agree love it very pretty.
Yeah!! I was like wow. It's actually 4c and I can actually watch this
This is the first video I’m seeing with a middle part slick down and it came out adorable 😍💕

I have 4c hair and I really didn't think my hair can do that! But hey after seeing this maybe there is hope for me. Thanks for the inspiration ☺️

Those velvet durags are cuteeeeeeee! I cut my hair and I think I rushed this process and not enough product.. I'm gonna try again, cos this was bomb!
Love it! "Quarantine and crusty to sleek and cute." Describes my situation exactly. 😊💕
Great job 👏🏾 I’m going to try this
Have you ever been told that you resemble Keke Palmer? I think you do. You're pretty! Love this look.

that strip at the top is a great idea! i’ve always struggled with making my top flat
Yeah... l use lotta body to for the slick down. Nothing else works except beeswax but I can’t use a whole head full of that.
Love the make-up too

Adorable 😊
It’s cute but I’m upset because my hair still could never and it has grown out
It can! Just try to do it in sections and tie it down or use a dryer. 🤍

are these ties more effective than a durag?

youre adding dryness, not moisture
