Here's how you write on cakes: Pratice with icing on parchment paper. Print out a stencil, place parchment paper over stencil and get to tracing over your stencil using icing and different piping tips. I’m an artist and I have generally nice handwriting but when I occasionally have to write on a cake at work I’m clueless. Really wish there were some more helpful vids on here..
