  • Training at Athletic Lab means doing the fundamentals insanely well. Progressive overload is required to for the body to adapt to a training stimulus. Small incremental improvements over the course of a season can make a big difference in injury prevention and output come playoff time. Nothing we are doing is a secret. We prepare athletes for the demands of their sport with Olympic Lifts and their derivatives, squatting, pushing, pulling, and hinging.
