We stayed in the room 456 from 6th of September till 20th September 2016. Hotel is lovely, food and drinks are really good and views are amazing. The only downside are the rooms, quite dated and tired.

Chloe Lloyd yes we had sea view room overlooking los gigantes but to see lovely sunsets as on my video we had to sit in the pool bar or somwhere around pools. enjoy your holiday :-)

Wow it looks so beautiful, thinking of coming here in January what was the food like? My parents only eat halal food so would there be many vegetarian options at the hotel or nearby?xxx
Saba Hussain there is a selection of vegetarian food but it is not a huge selection. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Enjoy your stay :)
This looks lovely, though it's always a shame to see so many towels pre-booking beds. What is the name of the nearest beach please?
There are 3 beaches with black sand near the hotel (10 min and 30 min walk). But I don't remember the names

There is a hairdryer in the room but there is no private beach and no beach towels
idę na besen lub plażę i widzę,że leżą ręczniki i nie ma na nich ludzi to podchodzę, wypierdalam je i się kładę.

Zgadzam sie w 100%, sama wiele razy bylam zmuszona robic tak jak Ty. To jest bardzo przykre jak niektorzy turysci sie zachowuja. Mysla, ze maja cala plaze, basen, hotel tylko dla siebie.
