La caille est un oiseau très apprécié en termes de gastronomie car ses œufs et sa chair sont succulents. Pas étonnant qu’elle peuple les élevages de gallinacés depuis environ six siècles. La caille domestique est issue d’une espèce bien particulière, à savoir la caille du Japon.

Aujourd'hui je vous propose une recette simple et rapide à réaliser avec ces petit oiseaux a viande exquise.
Ingrédients :
👉Deux cailles.
👉Pour la marinade 👇👇
Sel.
Poivre.
Herbes aromatique.
Une cuillère à café de Gingembre.
Une cuillère à café de cumin.
Une cuillère à café de curcuma.
Une cuillère à café de paprika.
Une cuillère à café de poivre.
7 gausses d'ail.
Herbes aromatiques, persil et coriandre.
👉 1/2 poivron rouge
👉Une cuillère à soupe de motarde.
👉Feuilles de batavia.
👉 Cuisson :30 minutes au four a 180 °.
