As a person suffering from cervical spinal damage which pinches the nerves leading to the vocal chords this sounds like a huge relief because i have recorded already videos promoting my IT Business but i struggled with different voice over plug ins even those directly from Apple Final Cut Pro developers. I will certainly try it out because my Surgery & Recovery is not yet 100 % booked. Thank you for sharing.
As someone who is currently using AI for this exact reason not by my choice it has its pros and cons I feel like it works best for smaller projects. Currently I have to use AI for 8 different videos in 5 different languages and it’s a nightmare because sometimes the ai doesn’t say stuff properly and this has made it very time consuming for me as an editor and has added additional work that I didn’t have to do before. The cool thing is I can take a project that already has a professional voice over on it. And have AI do the different languages for me and almost time out at the exact timeframe as the original
AI Voiceover is going to take away jobs from people, and not just that, I truly believe it will hurt the entire creative industry. Support real voice over artists. No shade against you or artlist btw.
AI should assist NOT replace. You can claim its a “guide” but in reality this is just the crack in the door that opens brands up to fully never paying for voice over ever again. Supporting this will eventually lead to them replacing you as a cinematographer with AI as well. Both adobe and artlist are scummy for these generative ai tools.

I agree entirely, saying “voice over actors aren’t in the budget” while talking about how you can “maximalize profit” is stupid argument.
