i really really dont mean this to hurt anyone i know Russel is a great guy and deserevs the best, but part of me suspicious of this russel/luna arc. it just doesnt feel genuine, look at malena and nick yes they piss each other off but there is a connection between them and u can see the chemistry. to me i feel its either russell is using luna for clout or luna using russel to climb the ladder. i really feel bad typing this and i really hope im dead wrong.

I lowkey feel bad for russel because his girlfriend is very young and still has all those dumb a f ideas about who people should be and what a "responsible person is", that like "default andies" have, to where they never really thought about their own ideas about stuff, so their like default moral values are society's moral values (and not even the good ones), so their idea of a professional person is like...waking up at 8 am, and like other crap people are told by dumb people in societies, most of the time like 20+ years ago. A lot of this crap is entirely made up because western cultures 200 years ago had nothing to really worry about (everybody had plenty of food most of the time, crime was relatively low, etc), and people just started coming up with dumb reasons to shame each other, and making up new goals to accomplish or new standards to meet even though there was no real reason or justification for them, like waking up at a certain time or whatever. TL;DR, you're with russel, russel is a big streamer, chill, you got it made, relax. Russel is kinda young too, but he's much more balanced and like has pretty solid grounded priorities, like some things matter some things don't. Ain't nothing wrong with playing video games all day, like why the f wouldn't you. What would you rather do instead. Read physics books? You can do that (you can often combine video games with podcasts and other media that's more informational), but the idea that everybody has to like waste their time and energy on not having fun just because a really old world culture told them to, because that old world culture came from a time when people had nothing better to do than to invent new ways to shame people over BS, like enjoying themselves with a hobby (can be video games, can be books, can be 100 different things), or not waking up at the "right time" (this is all based on farmers anyways, I feel like the global clock should be shifted towards start of work day at midday for everybody, then end of workday at 8pm, it wouldn't make that much of a difference, and there's also biological reasons to not go to sleep immediately when sun sets or get up when sun rises, because your body didn't produce the relevant chemicals yet, your body naturally BEGINS producing certain chemicals at sun rise or sun set, but it doesn't like instantly switch off, that's why in order to wake up you need to have your sensory organs experience the sunlight indirectly for a few hours so the body can thaw out a bit and like build up the relevant chemicals over time). Anyways, TL;DR, 1, raise your standards for what's an actual issue vs just some BS like not waking up at a certain time or playing video games, etc, like none of those are issues, you know what are issues, like squandering your money, or what's an issue is not putting in some reasonably high amount of effort in your chosen profession (and you know, people have varying opinions on this, which is also fine). That's why people don't always clean their room, it's just healthy prioritization, what are my priorities as a person, get good sleep, get good R&R, then actually use that energy for something productive. It is what it is. 2, have healthy prioritization so you don't just obsess over dumb bs like when people wake up or not, and you focus on, say, how good was your content was that week or do you have any kind of traumas you need to get over because they're bothering and restricting your ability to be fully productive that week, etc. That kind of stuff. Balancing your finances and making sure people got money, that's another good priority. What's not a good priority is like "dotting your i's and crossing your t's" type stuff. Again, people when they have nothing to do, and especially when others around them are naive, just start making up dumb rules for others to follow, like back in middle ages people used to take "proper diction classes" so they can "speak correctly", and had a bunch of other dumb classes. Like manners classes, how to dine correctly. There was some "etiquette" regarding which fork and knife and spoon to use ffs. You had tea spoons soup spoons. You know how I feel about your spoons. Stick them in your a55 how about that. So I would tell russel's gf to chill out and find real problems to be concerned about, probably having nothing to do with like what time people get up at or what their chosen like past time is. I don't think she's a bad person per se, but she's definitely like young mentally and I get the feeling she didn't really think a lot about some of the ideas that she has in her brain, and analyze her value system too much. And if they do have fights I'm inclined to believe that russel is like not concerned about something but his gf is like super concerned about something for no reason, and is like chastizing or judging or shaming him over some bs that's not really important. "Like you didn't do XYZ" well he doesn't have to do XYZ bro, lol, worry about the stream career, not some "dotting your i's crossing your t's" bs, not some "proper grammar" bs. Like generally I would not put in anything more than a minimum of resources into a task that I think is procedural or like necessary for something. It's actively a good thing to neglect things that don't matter. You should want to half-a55 some things, because they're stupid.
A great example and a great way to think about this is, imo this example:
Let's say I'm a furniture maker who makes furniture or something. When I talk to a customer or update them regarding an order, do you think I'm going to spend any amount of effort into that communication, or will I intentionally send them a short text that not only requires little from me, it requires little from them, it doesn't require significant reading from them, I'm not going to overthink like "King Regards" and "Dear SIr/Madam your Highness Duke Edward the 14th", I'm just going to be like "hey man, your table's ready". It allows me to not overthink and not squander my resources in dumb bs like worrying about the communication more than the actual table. You have a limited amount of resources and a limited amount of attention, so you have to optimize. That's why less can be more, that's why you can be the best form of yourself not by doing more but by doing less and allowing yourself to have 100% of your attention or as much of it on the core aspects of something that you're doing. Phoning things in that don't matter is actually really smart and a sign of intelligence. You should only worry about not phoning things in that don't matter. I can iterate on the above example even more, I can go like, oh even when talking to the customer for the first time, I can just very matter of factly point out what the options are, blah blah, and so on. And this way I'm not overthinking anything, I'm not like trying to metagame the marketing and sales pitch, I'm just laying out the options in as clear of a way as possible, not trying to nickel and dime people and so on. And that would probably be appreciated by the customer as well, because they'll think I'm relatable, not putting on airs, and acting normal, and not wasting their time, and being direct, etc. So in that scenario or case, all I would spend my time on is just the furniture manufacturing, and because I will have SO much free time and so much energy and so much attention availible to me to dedicate to JUST THAT pursuit, not only will all the tables be amazing, I'll probably be iterating, I'll probably be thinking of new parts to add to the furniture and coming up with new ideas.
Also malena is not dumb compared to qt, malena is perfectly smart, maybe even smarter, qt I think, either on purpose or as a part of her personality, has a certain level of detachment (maybe even the big A), just because of like her facial expressions, and people who are very detached socially, they don't get traumatized easily so that's why they have an easier time "bantering". But at the same time, because they're detached, both their like apparent emotional state is not genuine (you can say many things about malena but you can't call her not genuine, she's very genuine), and people who are detached like that do not really "understand" humor, because they're not connected to other people enough and don't have the empathy so to speak to understand what is actually funny vs what's not. So they have an easier time in life subjectively, but also, they are bad at their job. So malena shouldn't feel too bad. Qt has very average "banter" (if that). Btw I decided to rename "wine about it" to "the femcel hour" because wtf is that crap, it went from like normal podcast to them like wildin out about what Tinder profiles mean and I'm like "bro, this is like actually some insane catlady convo". Bro 🤣 I hope that last podcast was scripted because MAN. Oh and also, Qt is like aggressively networking and coming into people's chats recently (like with extra, like with somebody else, maybe you guys maybe somebody else), and she's just like making appearances and talking to people for no reason, I don't like it, I think something's up, she's doing some kinda networking bs. What's the term, trifling ass bs. Or another term. Not plotting. SCHEMING. That's it. scheming ass bs. TL;DR I got questions.

Another thing, somebody should check up on cyr, I'm worried he lookin kinda mad recently, I wonder if it's because there was a bridge burned with will or something. I suspect him and will were close because they had the same energy. And maybe it was cyr's idea to start collabing with will. My idea of will is that, not that he's a bad person necessarily, but that he's a weak person who is surrounded by bad people, who put him on a bad path. Maybe that's why cyr was hanging out with him. Regardless, hope cyr's aight, he's straight with me. His emotional state seems to have changed in last day or two, he seems mad a bit. Somebody should send him some nice wishes or something, tell him how much he's appreciated. (oh maybe that's how they tried to get caroline into OTK, say it's just will's gf bro, wtf, and then will can like trojan horse caroline into all these collabs when everybody hates because she's a blue hair and has no upsides, no stream content no comm skills just a dumb personality 🤣)
Btw fun fact, lots of gay men change their last name because they had a very oppressive dominating judgemental or shaming father figure who basically demoralized them and lowered their self esteem significantly. It's a normal thing. That's how you can tell if somebody swings the other direction.
Also, malena is normal probably, she intentionally doesn't try to like be rude, it's just that, to a certain extent, contrary to popular belief, being nice doesn't cost nothing, being nice does take active energy, and malena isn't willing to expend that energy, and has more fun as a result. So if we like, collectively understand that that's where malena is coming from, it's not from a place of intentional rudeness, that's normal. And I'm sure nick can also try to not specifically avoid being rude, which costs energy, and then both can come from the understanding that ordinary rudeness is probably not a result of some negative intent.
