This 12 minute Train Like a Ballerina home workout aims at increasing your mobility and flexibility through top exercises from the TLB Method. These are just a few I teach in my classes as part of a TLB warm up and are designed to take your body through your wide ranges of motion and leave you feeling mobile, flexible and fabulous. ✨
🧡 Full mobility class on the TLB app 🧡
▸ Level: Intermediate
▸ Equipment: Mat
▸ Use a chair or wall for support throughout if needed.
▸ I recommend being warm before this class ( = 2 minutes of star jumps or try a cardio workout in the app or on my channel)

I dont like the other flexibility / strength workouts on utube bcoz they dont teach the correct way to target and activate the muscles for BALLET !! this is good 😘

Another great video to cool down to from a few of your other workouts. I love mixing and matching to fit workouts based on my mood for the day and what I need to work on. I really enjoyed this one. I am hypermobile (in my joints) but that causes my muscles to be super tight, especially with the lack of movement I've had for months. Excited to try more and more of your workouts!
