@ॐ kun how can you say country does not matter? If it didn't matter then why do students from india go to USA, GERMANY or CANADA for pursuing their masters. Also each country has different education system and technologies, placement or research offers. Western countries are more expensive and whereas asian countries South korea, japan, Singapore provide scholarship opportunities if you want to enroll into specific engineering fields.
@ॐ kun if you want to go for data science or ms in computers then surely westen countries will be Preferable but when it comes to Robotics, electronics, and power elx systems then asian countries are much more preferable.
