In South korea , there are many foreigners who work in hospitals as doctors , surgeons , and pharmacists , If you are good in Korean and in medical studies then of course , they don't discriminate to give you a job in Korea and also by chance you will not clear KMLE then you can practice in other countries as well except India . They accept Korean medical degrees like US , UK , New Zealand etc .

Umm master's in radiology is after mbbs if I'm not wrong and they are MD doctors.

Nursing has the same scenario as medicine.
1. Korean degree is not valid in India amd and vice versa.
2. You need to give an exam for getting the license, but that exam will be in Korean. You need clear topik 5.
