Her dmg is huge.
I mean tbh it doesn’t really matter because she is insanely op, but if we were looking at which is better for dmg boost def go with C1 because to guarantee weapon you’d need around 230 pulls, but for C1 you need 160 pulls at least. You will ever rarely get to hard pity on limited char banner.

Im at 58 pity, with 8 days left. Should be able to get another 16 pulls. Lost the last 50/50 so its garanteed C1. Wish me luck people. Staff of Homa is a good enough stats stick for her, but ill try R5 Dragon's Bane for vape teams and see how it goes.

I just hate the 4 stars on the banner and the fact lynny weapon I might lose to. But it feels like EVERY banner I tell myself to wait for the re run in hopes of better 4 stars/weapon, it turns out the same. They’ve been running the same roster of 4 stars forever now? What happened to Kaveh and Chevruse ??? Kaveh only ran ONCE? Yao Yao only ran a couple times and she’s been out for over a year..if I save and wait I bet Arle will be put up against lynny again or someone less ideal. I think the last banner where genshin put 2 highly desired characters up was hu tao and yelan. That was an amazing banner and very profitable. Why didn’t they learn from that? Instead of always putting one highly desired next to less than…the amount of money they would make if they went about it differently would be massive. I know I would’ve pulled on so many banners if it weren’t for the 4 stars and other weapon..
Edit: they can at least put similar characters on banner so the weapon loss wouldn’t be so bad? Cuz who tf is gonna use Lynny bow if I don’t have him. It’s so specific passive wise.
Also why is wanderer and baizhu even running next banner? They literally both just ran…and were due for so many others? I’ve been waiting forever for Navia and c1 furina. Baizhu banner NEVER does good so why so soon? When others are desperate for a re run. Nobody asked for this lmao besides the 10 baizhu lovers 😂 smh he’s the reason I skipped furina weapon, and now scara I can never get their weapons!!! I’m guessing it’s cuz Sigwine is going to take over healer role since she’s reaction based. But then why not run kokomi? Ugh
For people saying she still needs a shield at c1 lemme explain :

what this means...if that if you are standing in one place as arlecchino and a ruin gurdian is doing his spinning attack - u *WILL* be thrown around. Likewise...if your arlecchino is performing her normal attack string - she will be proteted by added interruption to resistance.
>> however this interruption resistance also has a "gauge" that depletes as u take hits....so after being protected for around 7-8 hits...if arle continues takinh heavy hits she will be thrown away.

Interrupts res are active when you are hitting an enemy, not when you are standing still. Lol 😂

With same crit rate, so luck had Impact here
Missed around 120-150k DMG On the C1 run, so would need 1 less hit with same crit luck
So gap is higher then showed in the video
U should use crit food for smth like that
Are you blind or just foolish? Let me clarify: Arle Signature grants a 22% crit rate, as vividly demonstrated in the video by consistently landing critical hits, thanks to her 100% crit rate with Signature.
On the contrary, Dragon's Bane offers no crit rate boost, resulting in a lower crit rate, around 70%, naturally leading to fewer critical hits.
But of course, comprehending such nuances may require a bit more brainpower, haha!

Resistance doesn't mean she will take less dmg you will still need a shield. It's just her atk won't be interrupted.
You actually Need c2 if you want to abandon her Shielder not c1 🫤
