I was a bit skeptical to watch at first probably thought it will be boring but then I was so happy that the Holy Spirit made me do, such an inspirational story. It reminds me great memories with my Mormon friends that I adored them so much. This movie reminds me that no matter what is going on in life, Father God, Lord Jesus and Holy Spirit and his Angels always around us, is just a matter of acknowledging their presence and surely they will revert it back with great love. I loved the choir. Plus how it affected people's lives. I am a missionary (no, not LDS), but from Utah, and I loved this movie. ♥️
Even as a non-Mormon I found a lot to like about this movie. In addition to it being very well-made and unexpectedly emotional, the occasional critiques from the choir director reminded me of a former church choir director of my own and provided some good chuckles. And the music...wow. Like angels indeed.
46 had me in tears. I was able to sing along. I know many Church songs and that was a favourite of mine Praise the Lord ✨🙏✨

I really liked this movie, not only because I'm a latter day Saint but because the movie and particularly the church of Jesus Christ of lds is steeped in reality and yet splendor, thank you!

The little boy saw her alive and trusted she and love had what it took to keep her strong, while the parents and doctors saw majorly her death and weakness, they let their sorrow and worries override their trust in the baby and Love.

I didn't understand why they moved while they had so much to sacrifice,the mom had a job and the choir to attend, the children settled very well at school and the boy was attending his football games,they all made friends there. but grandma retired, was all by herself, not well.she should have been the one moving, unless if where they lived they were renting and they grandma's house was free accomodation.
i lost the narrative after the car crash. i am sorry.

Would have been perfect if the father didn't have to die... not very happy about the ending.
I can related my self to what happened. I always wanted to die when I'm like 50 from a car accident or something which is quick and painless unless the scientist find a way to protect my youth and hair (im in my thirties still).... I'm not immune to see myself age and becoming dependent on others. But this movie kinda gave a perspective into what life would be like for the others if something like that happens, how my wife would feel, if I'm married, what my kids feel, what others who looked up at me would feel. So maybe it's not a good idea, this movie would have had a nice ending if all of them survived and lived to tell the tale to their grand kids. He was a perfect dad, within few minutes of watching the movie I built up a great respect towards both parents and what a great role model they are. Ending is too sad.
