Red Arrow really moved but one thing i didn't liked about it was when you go into reverse with it it was wide open whereas the Golden Arrows power could be controlled in reverse which was rough on the tires.
was the battery also 30 years old? i always thought that was the poor mans golden arrow, but a few commentors have indicated it may be faster than the golden arrow?

100% faster, I had the golden arrow and my brother had the red arrow, he always beat me! It made me crazy. I still have both of them
