This piece stresses upon the age old thinking "boys don't cry" and how its deeply embedded in their minds.
Each one of us have the right to express and should express what we feel irrespective of our gender. Its important to take care of our emotional well-being so lets normalise it specially for men.
Remember there is nothing manly about staying quiet and fighting those demons.. so.. blurt it out. Cheers and Take care.
