- As soon as you unlock your Jitterbug Touch for the first time, you’ll see the GreatCall Home Screen. From this screen you can access all the features of your phone. It’s designed to be simple, so you can easily locate the apps and people that are most important to you without having to search through countless lists and icons.
You’ll notice there are two main tabs - Home and People.
The Home tab displays your favorite apps. You’ll start with GreatCall’s most popular ones:
• Phone - to make and receive calls. Your Touch also features a visual Voicemail Inbox that allows you to quickly listen to and manage your voice messages directly from the touch screen.
• Voicemail - to listen to voice messages people have left for you
• Text Messages - to send and receive text messages
• Camera - to capture photos and videos
• Photo Album - to view your favorite photo or video
moments, and
• Urgent Care - to get unlimited access to nurses and doctors wherever you go, 24/7
You can change the order of the apps on your Home Tab by pressing and holding the App and dragging it up or down the list.
To remove an app from the Home Tab, tap the menu button, then tap Remove Favorites. Then tap the app or apps you want to remove. Finally, tap OK to confirm. This doesn’t remove the app from your phone, just from your Home Tab. You can move or remove any app except the Phone app.
To see a full list of all the apps on your phone, tap All Apps in the lower left corner of the Home Tab. Swipe your finger up or down to scroll through the list.
If you see an app that you want to add to your Favorites list on the Home Tab, press and hold the app. You’ll an Add to Favorites pop up window. Tap ok to confirm your choice. A message that says “Added to Favorites” will appear. Now, when you push the home button at the bottom of the phone, you’ll see your selected app added to the screen.
Now let’s move to the People tab.
This is where you can create a list of your favorite contacts which makes dialing friends and family quick and convenient. To add a Favorite contact to your People Tab, tap the All People button. You’ll see a list of all your contacts, much like an address book. If you need help adding contacts, be sure to watch the video on how to add a new People Contact. Once you have a few contacts, just press and hold on their name. The Add to Favorites pop-up box will appear. Tap OK to confirm. Now when you return to the People tab by pressing the back button, you’ll see the favorite you add.
At the bottom of the screen on both the Home and People Tabs, you’ll see the 5Star button and the GreatCall button. Check out our video tutorials explaining each of these.

I thinking about getting the jitter bug smart is thisva good quality phone how long this battery last is it real loud
I cannot find any reviews that discuss the audio quality of this phone. I see that it is M4/T3 hearing aid compatible. I want to know if it has the same earpiece speaker as a normal Samsung Galaxy which does not work well with hearing impaired people who do not have hearing aids. I suspect that it is the same as normal Samsung phones, because if it were a better speaker, it would be listed in the phone's specs.

Hi Sandy, after you receive a photo or video in a text message, tap and hold the message until it has a check mark next to the message. This indicates the image has been selected. Then at the top of the screen, hit the save icon. This will save your image to the photo album. If you have any more questions, please give our customer service a call at 1-800-733-6632. Hi, Debra, From the home screen, go to All Apps. Then choose
Settings, then select "Lock Screen". Choose the option for "None" which will mean you'll have no lock screen.

How do I delete unwanted apps?
Hi Jered, some of the apps on your Smartphone are default to the phone and are unable to be deleted. What we recommend doing is moving your most frequently used apps to your home screen, which holds your favorite apps. To add or remove any app from the Home Tab, TAP the Menu Button (the square button) and TAP Remove Favorites or Add Favorites. From there you can check any app you would like to add/remove by TAPPING the checkbox on the right and then TAPPING OK to confirm. You can change the order of your apps under the Home Tab by PRESSING AND HOLDING the app and DRAGGING them up and down the list. Hope this helps!

Go to settings -NOT Google settings- the settings alphabetically after the radio app 3. open settings app 4.Scroll down to apps (positioned after battery icon on list) 5.
