Quist thanks for the reply! I just picked up my wife’s old 7/8 guitar she had laying around from when she was a kid this year after we moved in together in May and have already learned a lot (self taught/UA-cam instructional videos) I know it’s not the greatest quality guitar but that hasn’t stopped me from applying my heart and soul into music. I still have a long way to go and she always reminds me that I’m still young at 20! Thanks again for the sweet jam track man :)

Let me tell ya, it wont. Keep it a hobby, it fills your soul with light, but with all this ai music and only being able to share music thrue spotify, the world of artists found a dead end. Only way to get known nowadays is to have enough money for it, paying hundreds of thousands to the right people you know

So that’s an awesome little jam to just lose yourself in
Broughams, that ES335 (or whatever it is.... close enough !) has the sweetest tone of any guitar of yours I've heard (so far!) You need to bust that thang out more often !
BTW, I'm largely a Strat guy, and I used to consider those things kinda clunky, archaic battle-axes (pardon the pun), but watching some of Warren Haynes Allman Brothers stuff with his Gibson hollowbody, gave me a new perspective. The best tone he ever got was with his 335 (or whatever it was), he should use it more often.

Awesome stuff! just a suggestion, you wont have to take it but hear me out, in future could you maybe put your solo at the end of the track, it will really help with players creativity, I believe hearing your solo first then starting with the track will influence their playing and might affect their own creativity

Ola Dahl I couldn’t improvise for the life of me at first. It takes practice and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. That’s how u learn what not to play. If I can do it. U can. But it takes time. More than months.

There are many components to jam backing tracks. One plan I discovered that successfully combines these is the Makale jam plan (google it if you're interested) definately the most incredible course that I've heard of. look at this great website.

nettown I will have a video up using some these tracks from Quist. Play an A7 on second fret. I usually put the emphasis on the 2nd and 4th down beats.. I will try to do something on this tomorrow. .

hello Joseph from Luxemburg, you' re gourgeous man..that's A minor isn' t it? If it' s major, when starting with the 1st major pentatonic the sound's still ok, but then going to B (2nd shape of the major pentatonic)sound doesn't fit...and C sharp (3d shape) doesnt work as well..it must be minor!!! I al so tired I am not even able to try the minor out. Thank you for helping me out! Cheers , Joseph

Hey @Quist, the intro tab is not reachable from the tab-lovers in Patreon. It seems, from a specific time, tab lovers level patreon users cannot reach to older releases... I wish this was fixed. It's not only for this video.

@@QuistJam Hello Quist, no I"m pretty sure because it says "locked" and I can see my profile picture and then if I jump to any new posts, I can see them so that guarantees that I'm logged in. It would be great if you can ask Patreon guys to take a look at to it. Because I suspect that possibly the "tab lover" and those kind of levels are set after some certain date (maybe 2013? or 14) then it doesn't work for older posts.
I always have this problem with older posts but not with the new ones.
