Current Saving Power Supply - Part 3

Here I use two 4:1 ratio step-down transformers to create 60 volts AC from 120 volts AC, but the circuits supplies about 30 volts AC to a 60 watt light bulb, but it proves that it saves 50% on electricity by using the proportion formula .18/.09 = x/100. Now finally I have a successful prototype I can use and display I hope if it all pans out.
