Perch Parmesan & Creamy Broccoli 🐟🥦

Here we have perch fillets that have first been coated in a breading flavored by parmesan and then baked in the oven until it has a golden color. Accompanied on the plate you find broccoli which has been cooked in cream just long enough so that it still feels a bit chewy when eaten. Both the bouquets and the stems of the broccoli are being used so as not to waste unnecessarily. All in all, a darn good and fresh tasting dish when in the mood for eating fish! 😋
