How much distortion is there when the web is removed and stored?…I assume you need to re-adjust much of the web when you re-use it?
Perhaps a little hot glue on the back of the web would keep them in place or maybe just store it fully taut

How did you deal with sagging? I had issues the further away from the center I got.

If it’s sagging, you might not have pulled the yarn/string tight enough.
