Luigi's running for his life in a haunted graveyard, his Poltergust proving useless against the hordes of zombies and demons after him. With no sign of the Belemonts coming to save him at the last minute, he cowers as the monsters surround him, Suddenly, a javelin comes flying in out of nowhere, turning some of the beasts to dust. Luigi looks up as a literal knight in shining armor comes to his aid, giving him the courage to fight. *ARTHUR SUITS UP!* ...After the dust settles and the monster have been slain, Arthur guides Luigi out of the graveyard and into a nearby village for some much needed rest. Then, out of the blue, a massive fireball is shot at the two, causing Luigi to jump back in surprise as Arthur grimaces. He knows all too well where that fireball came from... *FIREBRAND TAKES FLIGHT!*

I know Arthur didn't become a playable fighter in Smash Ultimate, but I couldn't resist how he would play. For his weight I'd say Arthur would be somewhere around 100 and 103. Lighter than Ryu and Ken, but heavier than Cloud. As for his move-set: Neutral A: Sword slash. With each press of the button, Arthur can perform two sword slashes with the second one having slightly wider range. Left/right tilt: Lance stab. Arthur performs a quick stab forwards with his lance. Can also be angled diagonally. A great move for poking the opponents every once in a while, or to force shielding turtles out of their shell. Be sure to hit them with the very tip of the Lance for maximum damage though. Up tilt: Overhead sword slash. Arthur performs a sword slash over his head. Very useful anti-air tool to punish opponents who try to jump in. The range is very limited and it only does damage ABOVE Arthur, making him open for ground based attacks. Down tilt: Discus. Arthur throws a Discus which travels along the ground with decent speed. Though not very damaging and the range being limited, it can hit opponents hanging from the stage. Dash attack: Lance charge. Arthur performs a charge attack with his Lance extended in front of him. Although it has decent range and damage, it has a bit of an end-lag, making it a punishable if you spam it! Left/right Smash: Inferno magic. Arthur releases flames from his hands. The range and power increases the more you charge it. But beware, Arthur can't move when this move is in effect, giving the opponent a free hit/combo if you miss. Up Smash: Vine Whip. Very similar to Simon/Richter Belmont's up Smash. But the range is shorter and slightly more(but barely noticeably) powerful. While just as effective KO option, it's also just as punishable if you miss! Down Smash: Flare Magic. Arthur generates a big fireball around him, burning everyone and everything in his vicinity. Much like his left/right Smash, the range and power increases the more you charge this move. At maximum power, it can easily KO opponents as early as 50%! But Arthur must stand completely still when charging, and he can't use this out-of-shield. Neutral air: Aerial Sword slash. Basically an aerial version of Arthur's neutral A. Very useful combo starter. Forward air: Axe swing. Arthur swings an Axe in a horizontal motion. Can be followed up twice in a row for quick air combo. Back air: Lance swing. Arthur swings his trusty Lance in a vertical motion. While the timing is extremely strict, it CAN spike opponents. Up air: Upwards Lance stab. Arthur stabs with his Lance upwards, making it a decent juggling tool. Down air: Downward Lance toss. Arthur throws a Lance straight down below him. While it doesn't guarantee a spike until the opponent's at at least 100% damage, it's easily spammable with little to no risk of punishment. Assuming of course, if you can get out of the opponent's range. Neutral B: Lance/Knife toss. Arthur throws either his trusty Lance or the good ol' Knife at the opponent. Either projectile is randomized, but are very useful either way. The Lance does more damage, but moves slower. The Knife is much faster but doesn't do as much damage. Also keep in mind both the Lance and Knife will disappear about a two thirds/screen away. Left/right B: Crossbow. Arthur fires a Crossbow which launches 2 arrows in an upwards-diagonal direction. The range is almost a whole screen away, but it cannot hit anything on the ground, and only one set of arrows can be in the screen at a time. But still a very useful anti-air tool. Up B: Dragon shield. Arthur rides a Dragon shield which lets him fly for a maximum of 5 seconds. While riding the shield, Arthur can use his neutral B making this a useful tool to not only recover, but also chase the opponent off the stage. But beware, Arthur needs to land on solid ground before he can use this again so don't chase the opponent too far off! Down B: Fire bottle. Arthur throws a bottle of blue fire which upon landing creates a flaming wave. Very useful for stunning the opponent long enough to start a combo, or to destroy shields. Final Smash: Fire Dragon Magic. Arthur summons a flaming dragon that flies around the screen counter-clockwise.
