Thanks for this video, I've been struggling with getting ice out of my refrigerator for years now and this video really helped a lot, turns out I had a similar problem. Also had to add a water supply line to my fridge in addition to checking that the switch was in the on position, but it's all sorted now and I have more ice then I can handle. You're a life saver, thanks again.
