god i love when the fandom explores aziraphale’s learned, defeated pessimism and crowley’s ridiculous optimism it makes tears come to my eyes every time
I was literally just thinking the other day "man, re-write the stars has a lot of gomens vibes, i wish there was an animatic for it" and then this little masterpiece shows up in my recommended

The fact that Aziraphael doesn’t walk away at the end made this so much better. They just comfort each other as they acknowledge the fact that they’re supposed to be enemies when all they want is to be together.
Normally I’m wary of Mr Gaiman seeing some of the things the fandom have created (not that it’s bad! Just, might be a bit much) but this is,, so soft, so sadly in character (poor Aziraphale 💔) and stunningly beautiful it’s be a real shame if he never saw it. Micheal sheen would love it ahah
I wouldn't worry too much. Neil stays away from fanfic and such mostly for legal reasons, the exception is with silly little comics like the one about how Aziraphale-as-Crowley managed to get in the bathtub without getting his socks wet. Michael on the other hand... all bets are off. The man has seen *everything.* He apparently read a lot of fanfic as 'research' for his part. (And he was a fan long beforehand so.)

I have never really enjoyed this song, unpopular opinion I know please dont hate me for it, but for three minutes and thirty nine seconds you made me enjoy it immensely. It's very applicable to them both, I knew well beforehand, but the execution of your art truly elevated it as a whole and I absolutely adored it. The way you captured their motions was very similar to the actors in the show I felt and I loved the scene where they were flirting around the globe so much!! Not to mention the scene where aziraphale starts flying whilst holding onto a wingless crowley as the song goes "I just want to fly with you I just want to fall with you" it was Just. So. Very. Perfect. So glad I clicked on this despite my initial reluctance, def one of my fave good omens animatics.
This fandom seems to be doing that a lot lately. Heard of 'Treat You Better'? I've seen a few comments remarking how they used to hate that song until someone put it to AxC, and now they kind of love it. Good Omens is true magic.
Yeah the line "you were made to be mine" was really off-putting for me in the original. it just seemed so possessive. it still weirds me out a little bit but it fits much better when said by two man shaped beings who were literally created for specific purposes by God.
I have never, not once in my life, cried over an animatic before. But when Aziraphale lifted Crowley and they started flying and spinning together, I was overwhelmed with how much they love each other; I could FEEL the adoration through the artwork and their expressions and the way the song swelled, and... Needless to say, this was a very impactful piece and I'm in love. You've more than earned another subscriber

Also, I adore your variation in angles and settings, this looks absolutely professional!I love all your ideas for the scenes, like having them in heaven was an amazing idea (especially cause you got to include that really soft spinning the globe bit!) Okay now a play by play analysis of everytime you made me squeal- 0:06- 6 seconds in and you've already captured Crowley's softness so perfectly! That expression along with the lyrics is so perfectly soft!Crowley. I really like to think of this as a confession but ,like the lyrics say, its not really a confession cause they both know it! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR THIS COUPLE

There's so many reasons why this is perfect, and lots of people have gone over them already. I can't right now because I am ugly crying at 7am in the morning. The feeling of hope and euphoria in that beautiful flight... only to literally and figuratively come back down to earth and find themselves still stuck with Aziraphale's fear.... It's so canon and it's so sad.

This is one of my favourite songs ever so seeing an animatic of it with my fav ship makes me super happy!! Your style is just lovely and the animatic itself was amazing.
