Great VIDEO!! (as always!! ) - what is your latest thoughts on good place to get low cost SBLOCS? You mentioned interactive brokers a year ago... anything better now?
I was sold a life insurance policy and was told I can borrow against it. But i feel sblocs are a better way to do the same thing. Do you have any thoughts or comments on life insurance?
Suppose in this example I only take a loan for $100k, all else being equal - am I right that my portfolio would have to drop all the way down to ~$133k (ie 86% drop) before I'd get called? And are there special conditions if the portfolio drops so much that the loan balance is now higher than the max 50% SBLOC lending limit, as would be the case here (for example if it only drops to 150k, then it wouldn't get called but 50% borrow limit would be 75k but my loan is already 100k)? Just trying to understand worst case scenarios.
Thank you for explaining SBLOC in detail, great content. I just sub to your channel. Great financial ideas

Sharon, there are ways to mitigate this risk altogether. Hope to connect soon with you about a better SBLOC product.
Can you identify brokerage firms with low SBLOC rates?

Hey coach
I invest my SBLOC into high paying dividend funds which pay down the loan. Rinse and repeat.
