I thought of these: ZAMBONI, KETCHUP, KLEENEX, SEGWAY Others thought of these: FRISBEE DUMPSTER BANDAID, THERMOS But like you, I had no idea on the use of HIPSTER and I made one mistake trying to find green. I was one mistake away from a reverse rainbow perfect solve because the dentist office items I saw right away. I also had never heard of a SKIRT or HANGER steak. I guess if I went to steakhouses more often, I would have gotten it. Yellow and green were pretty tough. The connections Bot did change since you did the video. 60% solve rate with 24% getting a perfect solve, which surprised me. It's rated 4/5 on difficulty.

Mini Crossword I took a record 20 minutes on the nose to finish. I had several wrong words in the puzzle, causing me to stall in a royal way. It took some time to get unblocked without taking a hint. Eventually solved it. I like doing these without help if I can.. I knew the Moog Synthesizer but I wasn't sure of the guy's name, but I figure Moog had to be in there somewhere. I thought it started with Moog instead of end with it. Comparitively, Strands was much easier. Wasn't my fastest solve but I did alright.
The connections bot isn't available in the NYT app yet. So I try to do it simultaneously in the app and on the web. Well I failed miserably in the app. Then failed again on the web.

I got Connections right away, helps if you know steaks and women's underwear. Also, going to the dentist a lot. . .hipsters start at the hip.
