U.S. Soldiers Earn German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge

The 194th and 198th Training Brigades and the 3rd heavy brigade combat team spent a week trying to earn their German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge…one of the few foreign badges that U.S. Soldiers are allowed to wear on their Army Service Uniform.
