Any follow up on the possibility of interviewing Elizabeth Gaynes? 👀
This brand would be some of the best stuff available today (especially given they’re working w Laudamiel, they’re not constantly pumping stuff out- just a small catalogue of staple, well considered entries, etc.) if it were just $100 or so cheaper.
I think it’s more wearable than many Bortnikoff and Areej creations (sorry Rams), but it’s hard to justify not going with either of those two gentlemen instead, given Strangelove’s Veblen goods, Shalini-like prices.
I get that we’re likely not the intended audience though, and this is prob aimed at upper-east side housewives that casually drop in to Bergdorfs on a Saturday afternoon, after brunch at the four seasons or something LOL
