I've been having the lyric "take control" stuck in my head for awhile. Today I remembered now it was by Baby Ford. The song is "Fetish" and is by far one of my personal favorites. This whole album was ahead o its time and is what introduced me into the world of Techno/House/EBM/ etc
Thanks so much for uploading. Loved & Listened to this early 90’s, while working on my Architecture studios projects building models, hours on repeat. But lost the CD a long time ago & could not find it again even on streaming Spotify, iTunes… so odd, nowhere to be found until now here!!! Awesome, music has aged very well imho.
Back of the late 90s there were thousands of bford9 promo punch cassettes in the United States in .99 cent stores. I bought one. I didn't get it at all back then but I appreciate it much more now.
This was ahead of it's time when it came out. Remember Fetish going on full volume in my car. We were driving space ships through the rural parts of my home town or in the city. Commander at the wheel, floating through the landscape with my alien friends nodding the beat as we set course to the nearest superstar.
I had the CD, I still think I have it. Pretty amazing, I played it for the shock factor. Was never my road trip 1st choice. The 90’s is the greatest era for the different varieties of music
After this album the creativity seemed to diminish, & the trance techno became his gig. I think once he got a shot of stardom going Euro-pop, he might have killed a few brain cells. Just a suspicion. In the "Unique States" we lost Prince & Michael Jackson to overdoses.

Noddy is hands down one of the best tracks in the album. Love that line, “pay the rent just to make things flow, aint it so that hunky dough”..
This song also makes me want to lay on my couch and smile like buff bagwell as i sip on a mixed drink cocktail.
And to think that this was made almost 30 years ago. This is insane. One of the album that paved the way for techno as a genre. Timeless classic

I recall my older brother having this on cassette in the mid 90s…this is what introduced me to classic trance/house…

Baby Ford is so good... I had this DVD for a little bit but somehow lost this and a few other techno discs .
